Why I Hired My Kids To Do QA On Websites

I am always looking for ways to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of my company. So when I realized that I needed to add some additional quality assurance resources to my team, I knew exactly where to turn: my own children.

I decided to hire my kids for a number of reasons. I wanted to give them valuable work experience that would help them develop their skills and build a strong work ethic. I also wanted to provide them with an opportunity to contribute to the success of the business, and to feel a sense of accomplishment and ownership in the work they were doing.

Hiring my kids wasn’t without its challenges. We had to work together to establish clear expectations and goals, and to provide them with the necessary training and resources to be successful in their roles. But overall, the experience was a great success. My kids rose to the challenge, and their hard work and dedication helped to improve the quality of our products and services.

In the end, hiring my kids to do quality assurance tasks was a rewarding and fulfilling experience for all of us. If you’re a business owner looking to add some fresh perspectives and new talent to your team, I highly recommend considering hiring your own children. It’s a great way to give them valuable work experience, and to help them develop important skills that will serve them well in their future careers.
