Worst service ever, high rates and no customer service. Nathan started off great. When I was unhappy with a 10 hour charge of $125 per hour and the problem wasn't fixed he gave me a 125 discount. He sold me a computer from Dell that he refused to fix or send in for warranty after we discontinued our service. Now I have a $450 target. I have to go spend money at Costco which is what I should have done in the first place because they would have replaced it no questions asked. They should not have solutions in their company name. Find someone else.
