I wanted to find a local company to build our website so it would be easier to collaborate ideas and get what we wanted out of it. Integrated IT Solutions gave us many options and improved upon our initial ideas at every step. Worst service ever, high rates and no customer service. Nathan started off great. When I was unhappy with a 10 hour charge of $125 per hour and the problem wasn't fixed he gave me a 125 discount. He sold me a computer from Dell that he refused to fix or send in for warranty after we discontinued our service. Now I have a $450 target. I have to go spend money at Costco which is what I should have done in the first place because they would have replaced it no questions asked. They should not have solutions in their company name. Find someone else.
