Keyword and Intent
Give the page one clear job in the search journey.
Compare the intended query with the page's actual offer or answer. Document which existing URL owns that intent and identify supporting terms naturally used by customers. A keyword list should clarify the page, not force several competing services into one introduction.
Title and Metadata
Align the search snippet with the page visitors will see.
Write a specific title and an honest description of the content. Check them alongside the H1 and URL, and preview likely truncation. Search engines may display different wording, so treat preview length as a usability check rather than a fixed ranking rule.
Content Quality
Support the main answer with useful evidence and explanation.
Add the details someone needs to make a decision or complete a task: limitations, steps, examples and reliable sources. Label hypothetical examples clearly. Include first-hand evidence only when it is real and approved for publication.
Structure and Readability
Help readers find the part that answers their question.
Use headings to describe sections, not to repeat a keyword mechanically. Keep instructions in a sensible order and define unfamiliar terms where they appear. On a long page, test that every contents link lands on the correct section.
Internal Links and Media
Use links and visuals to advance the reader's task.
Choose relevant service and resource destinations with descriptive labels. Inspect the image in context before writing alternative text; decorative images may need empty alt text. Verify the final destination and mobile presentation rather than checking only that a link exists.
Conversion and QA
Make the next step clear and test the published page.
Place an appropriate action after the information needed to choose it. Test contact links, form confirmation and mobile readability. Ensure the page is discoverable through internal links and the sitemap; requesting indexing is optional and cannot guarantee inclusion.
