Bing Copilot is a commonly used label for Microsoft’s Copilot-assisted search and answer experiences associated with Bing. Microsoft has several Copilot products, so a visibility report should identify the actual experience rather than treating every Copilot interaction as the same surface.
Bing Webmaster Tools provides AI Performance reporting for citations across supported Microsoft Copilot, Bing and selected partner experiences. Its citation measures describe observed visibility within that coverage; they do not establish total AI traffic, a universal ranking or the number of customers generated.
Example
For example, a site owner can review which pages are cited in the supported report and inspect the topics or query context available there. The owner should then compare website visits and lead outcomes separately and document any reporting limits.
