Make a broad insurance offering easier to navigate
We redesigned the RRM Insurance Services website to bring commercial insurance, personal coverage, and employee benefits into a clear, unified experience. The opening presentation leads into distinct service areas, while quote requests and existing-client resources remain easy to find.
The project also includes access to the client portal and insurance-certificate requests. Our team used AI tools, including OpenAI Codex, to assist with design revisions, reusable components, and testing; the team directed the work and reviewed the finished experience.
